2. Do I need a referral?
You don’t need a referral to access services at Bass Coast Therapy. Please refer to fees section for private clients.
3. What about confidentiality?
Bass Coast Therapy takes your privacy and confidentiality very seriously. We understand that there may be extra sensitivities about seeking services in a rural area. Bass Coast Therapy is very aware of the specific concerns for people in country areas. You can be assured that your privacy will be maintained and respected. Bass Coast Therapy will take all reasonable steps to ensure your personal data is stored securely and is made safe from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, modification or disclosure. Information on a person’s file includes personal information such as name, address, contact phone numbers, and other information that is relevant to the service being provided. 4. How long does therapy last?
Appointments are scheduled for 50minutes duration. People come to Bass Coast Therapy for a variety of different reasons and at different stages. Some will have a single session and others will have many more. These appointments will be spaced according to your needs and wishes.

6. What will it cost?
Bass Coast Therapy is committed to providing a high quality and affordable service to all people. Fees will depend upon the services provided. Fees and charges are listed here.
7. What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?
Bass Coast Therapy requires at least 24hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that sometimes people are unable to keep an appointment because of sudden illness or an unexpected personal emergency. If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible and we will usually waive this fee. If you do not keep an appointment and don’t advise us within 24 hours, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Please note that our cancellation fee is not covered by Medicare.
